We believe in people over profits. We also know that finding the right people is probably the toughest part of our business.

 
 
 

You know, it was tough enough hunting down the amazing CREW we already have. So why not elicit the help of the best people we know to hunt for the best people they know? 

In November of 2021, we introduced a bounty program that offers $3,000 to our CREW to hunt down people just like them. And just like Helen, of course. You know, because she just seems so lovely.

But we didn’t stop there. We spent some late nights over Korean chicken wings re-looking how we went about attracting the kind of people who would feel right at home here from the moment they wandered in. That meant spending some time and effort on things as simple as our job postings. It meant re-looking our perks, benefits, flex-time and tirelessly continuing to campaign for our Free Snacks Policy (TBC).

They say that when you walk into the home that was meant to be yours, you just know. In your gut. That’s how we want our CREW to feel.
