New Homes Accounts Manager

REW is seeking a driven and talented Account Manager for our amazing New Homes Division.

We’re seeking an Account Manager – New Homes to join our dynamic team. This role will be at the forefront of driving growth in the new home sector by building and nurturing relationships with developers, marketing agencies, and industry partners. The Account Manager’s efforts will directly contribute to expanding REW.ca's presence in the new homes market and enhancing our platform's offerings.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and onboard new home developers to REW.ca

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new home listings

  • Deliver stand-out presentations - both in person and online

  • Provide consultative support to Developers, offering insights and solutions to enhance their presence on REW.ca

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

  • Represent REW.ca at industry events and conferences

  • Create, build and maintain a highly productive sales pipeline with regular follow ups.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets while documenting and following up on all activities in the company’s CRM

  • Hunt, cold-call and search for new business and sales opportunities.

  • Clearly communicate how REW’s solutions create a competitive advantage for clients.

Who you are is more important than where you've been.

Qualifications.

  • 2-3 years experience in enterprise sales - ideally in real estate, advertising, or online platforms.

  • Strong communicator and presenter, able to simplify complex information for a diverse audience.

  • Hands-on experience with digital media tools and channels, including social media marketing, online advertising, SEM/SEO, web content, email marketing, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Experience selling to C-level executives in the Real Estate industry and an established Developer network are a plus.

  • Available for in-person customer meetings across the Lower Mainland.

  • Able to work and collaborate in the REW office at least 1-2 times per week.

  • Strategic, analytical, and growth-minded, with a flexible “can do” attitude.

  • Proven team player who thrives in a goals and values-driven culture that promotes operational excellence.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.

  • Applicant operates and maintains a vehicle in good working condition and holds a valid Drivers License.

Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary and commissions, with an overall OTE of $120,000 p.a.
