This role will be at the forefront of driving membership growth and building strong relationships with top real estate agents across Canada. By selling membership to our leading real estate platform, you’ll empower agents to connect with millions of homeseekers nationwide, expand their reach, and grow their business.

Execute 30-50+ outbound calls daily, ensuring each interaction adds value and moves prospects closer to engagement.
Engage prospects in underserved markets to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
Effectively qualify leads to ensure alignment with REW's mission and the potential for long-term partnerships.
Uncover and understand client needs, tailoring offerings to maximize client satisfaction and conversion rates.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving membership growth.
Build strong customer relationships and develop a sustainable book of business in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications.
Experience: 1-2 years in business development or account management roles with measurable growth.
Communication: Ability to articulate value propositions compellingly.
Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activities efficiently.
Resilience: Highly-motivated, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive, forward-moving attitude.
Strategic thinker: Ability to think beyond immediate sales to build relationships that deliver long-term value.
Networking: Strong networking skills to leverage existing relationships and create new ones within the industry.
Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new tools, strategies, or market changes, maintaining performance in a dynamic sales environment.
Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and fellow Sales professionals to drive growth.
Growth Mindset: Commitment to continuous development and staying current on industry trends and techniques.
Performance: History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
