We are looking for a Sales Manager - Agent Memberships to inspire, lead and bring our sales organization to our next adventure. This role leads a number of talented sales representatives and is accountable for new business acquisition, revenue growth, account management, funnel discipline, and continuous business improvement.

You will lead a team selling digital advertising, subscription, content campaigns, and performance-based solutions to real estate agents and brokerages. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role focused on driving sales activity, improving and managing sales processes, and delivering revenue growth..

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Team Management- Lead, coach, and manage a mixture of in-office and hybrid remote Sales/Account managers to consistently achieve and exceed quotas

  • Set clear expectations for activity levels, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and revenue

  • Handle account assignments and transitions 

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and performance feedback

  • Lead key sales initiatives and sessions to level up our team.

  • Recruit, onboard, train and ramp up new sales hires effectively. Develop programs and best practices to replicate a successful onboarding program.

  • Build and maintain a high-performance, in-office sales culture rooted in accountability and results

  • Work closely with the VP of Sales and Executive team and undergo any additional tasks as assigned.

Funnel & Pipeline Management

  • Own and enforce end-to-end funnel management across the team, from prospecting to close

  • Ensure consistent pipeline coverage, deal quality, and CRM accuracy

  • Monitor leading indicators (activity, meetings, opportunities created) to forecast results

  • Identify funnel weaknesses and coach reps on corrective actions

  • Drive forecasting accuracy through disciplined pipeline inspection

New Business (Hunting)

  • Drive consistent new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting and referrals

  • Personally support or close strategic, high-value, or complex deals

  • Coach best practices in outbound selling, objection handling, and value-based pitches

  • Identify new segments, territories, and revenue opportunities

Account Management & Growth

  • Ensure strong retention, renewal, and upsell performance across managed rep accounts

  • Coach reps on expanding revenue per user  and long-term advertiser value

  • Proactively manage churn risk and escalations

  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to improve client outcomes

  • Participate in tradeshows, attend conventions and be a good ambassador.

Business & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency, conversion, and scalability

  • Optimize sales workflows, tools, and CRM usage to reduce friction and improve data quality

  • Standardize best practices across prospecting, qualification, deal management, and renewals

  • Partner with Sales Operations to improve pricing, packaging, promotions, and reporting

  • Test, measure, and roll out improvements based on performance data and market feedback

Revenue, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Own team monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  • Analyze performance trends and implement improvement plans

  • Provide clear reporting on results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with REW Crew stakeholders like Marketing, Technology, Data and others to drive our business forward.

  • Collaborate with Product to share customer insights and improve go-to-market effectiveness

  • Align with Operations on systems, processes, and performance measurement

Qualifications.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (digital media, SaaS, or marketplace preferred)

  • 3+ years managing quota-carrying sales teams

  • Proven success driving outbound, funnel-driven sales organizations

  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives within a sales environment

  • Strong analytical and data driven approach.

  • Experience selling to real estate professionals or deep knowledge of the industry is a strong asset

  • Able to work in-office minimum 4 days per week

Along with competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, top-tier equipment, and perks that help you stay connected. Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary and commissions, with an overall annual on-target earnings (OTE) range of $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in our Olympic Village office.
