Our Membership Accounts Team gets the unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the best real estate agents in Canada. Your primary focus will be on selling membership to our leading real estate platform that empowers agents to connect with millions of homeseekers nationwide. By leveraging our innovative solutions and vast network, you will play a pivotal role in helping real estate professionals expand their reach, enhance their visibility, and drive business growth. Within a supportive team environment, you'll be equipped to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in sales and business development.   • Drive new client acquisitions and member subscriptions through proactive sales efforts

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

  • Conduct service demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of REW's solutions

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients

  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service to uphold our reputation for excellence

Qualifications.

  • Results Driven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, preferably in a B2B or SaaS sales environment

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of our platform and engage potential clients

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales and onboarding process

  • Resilience: Capacity to handle rejection and overcome objections with persistence and professionalism

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new opportunities for business development Integrity: Commitment to ethical sales practices and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by real estate agents considered a plus
