We’re seeking a Membership Account Manager to join our team. This role will be at the forefront of driving membership growth and building strong relationships with top real estate agents across Canada. By onboarding agents to a suite of products, you’ll empower them to connect with millions of homeseekers nationwide, expand their reach, and grow their business.

Execute 30-40+ outbound calls daily, ensuring each interaction adds value and moves prospects closer to engagement.
Engage prospects in underserved markets to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
Effectively qualify leads to ensure alignment with REW's mission and the potential for long-term partnerships.
Uncover and understand client needs, tailoring offerings to maximize client satisfaction and conversion rates.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving membership growth.
Build strong customer relationships and develop a sustainable book of business in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications.
Experience: 1-2 years in account management roles with measurable growth results.
Communication: Ability to articulate value propositions compellingly.
Technical proficiency: Experienced with CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
Resilience: Highly motivated, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive, forward-moving attitude.
Strategic thinker: Ability to think beyond immediate sales to how each relationship can strategically benefit in the long term.
Networking: Strong networking skills to leverage existing relationships and form new ones within the industry.
Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new tools, strategies, or market changes, maintaining performance in a dynamic sales environment.
Team player: Willingness to collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, and other sales professionals to maximize company growth.
Continuous learner: Commitment to personal and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and sales techniques.
Performance: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is ideal.

In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, the best equipment for you to do your best work, and awesome perks and team events to keep you connected. Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary and commissions, with an overall annual OTE of $100,000.
