Biggest real estate adventure?

My real estate adventure includes presenting to executives, hosting lunch and learns, and raising capital in a startup environment while diving head-first into the developer and property management space.

Biggest adventure, period?

Spending an entire summer solo-trekking across BC, with nothing but my car and the open road.
